Charity shops? I got one that opens like a fan for 50p, really fab, and raises a smile. Hubby is pictured wearing it in my photos. Lot of Chinese skill went in making it.

I got a really nice straw hat from Peacocks last year. It has a very wide brim so I don't get sunburnt and it did have a floral band round which I didn't like so took it off. It was really cheap, maybe five pounds. I also spent ages looking for one!
Accessorize and M&S also sell lots of hats, don't they?

my hubby had a 'Tilley' hat that he uses in the garden. Google the Tilley hat company. they are expensive but almost indestrucable.
