I'd like to plant ginger to try it really fresh, as I heard it being discussed on GQT a while back and it sounded mouthwatering. I have a piece in the fridge which is a couple of weeks old - is it worth trying to grow it and if so what is the most successful way that GOYers have discovered? Thanks.
