My daughter has just bought me a plant to cheer me up as my arm is still hurting. Am I right in thinking this is a primular? A small flowering one??? for a rockery/

I have mine in a sunny well-drained corner, if your rockery won't take any more plants...

The common name is Thrift and it grows on cliff tops, so it needs good drainage but it a tough little plant and as long as it gets sun and no soggy soil it will be fine.
