anybody know if the leaves on my geranium seedling are infected or is it from water splashs ?

Previous question
Check for red spider mite, if you have them indoors or in the greenhouse. Otherwise, if those marks are within the leaf material and not sitting on the surface, able to be moved, it looks like a viral infection.
