My ten year old beautiful wisteria is showing no sign of growth this year. The branches are completely bare. I have put bone meal round base and am watering with tomato feed. Hope this is right. The main branches when scratched are green underneath but the tips are dead. Should I prune it back to live material?

If you didn't prune it in February, prune back dead tips now. Its probably just late, they all are this year.
