I HAVE A BLACK LACE SAMBUKA AND I'VE NOTICED THAT IT ATTRACTS CATS THEY EAT THE LEAVES AND RUB THEMSELVES AGAINST IT ,why?

I have the same and live in an area full of cats and have never seen that behaviour...maybe they are just marking their terratory. Welcome to GOY

No idea, not something I've ever observed. The rubbing against might simply be scenting the area because other cats have rubbed there. As for eating it, possibly there's no long grass around for them to nibble - cats do need to eat a bit of grass occasionally to shift fur balls.
