My plant has many brown leaves on it yet has produced some new green leaves at the tips - is this just frost damage and will it grow new leaves lower down the stems or am I going to be left with a very bare plant except for the tips?

On plant Cistus

What plant is it????

It's a Cistus, Wyeboy. It sounds as though it did get damaged - there's not a lot you can do except to try cutting someof the branches back to see if it'll regenerate - but I don't find that they do, I'm afraid.

I think I'd enjoy this year's flowers and then replace it, personally.

How do I say thanks?
