We moved our 2-yr old plum tree to a different spot and after a week, it shed its leaves. Can we still revive it or is it already dead.

Depends how many roots you broke when you moved it - keep it well saturated with water, couple of gallons every five days, unless its hot there, when it'll need that every two days.
