We have a Yew that has been in the garden for many years, suddenly this weekend the yew started turning brown any ideas?
The Yew oes now appear to be holding it's own but all off the central stem has died!

perhaps the depth of the water table has changed or its got poisoned or it could need a feed to.i would ask a tree expert in your area myself .someone else on here mite know as yet.
