Sorry, got it mixed up with Akebia quinata. And sadly my real Holbellia latifolia died this winter and in all the years we had it I never managed to get a cutting or a layer to root.

Do you mean Holboellia latifolia, the Chocolate Vine? I am thinking of the one with red, three part flowers flowering now.
