I thought that too, but looking at this picture makes me think it's not Bishop's Weed. Possibly something from the same family?

this looks like Aegopodium podagraria 'Variegata' (variegated Bishop's weed,variegated gout weed.)
book says...Vigorous spreading perennial,with lobed,creamy-white-variegated leaves.insignificant white flowers bourn in summer and are best removed.
10cm high s.indefinite.
