Ladybug mine are only just coming up to. dont worry. Everything happens for a reason. My garden always seems to be behind everyone else

it could be that they are planted deeper than most therefore take longer to emerge, or shaded and the soil hasn't been warmed as much as some area's. Enjoy them when they come..

Plants know when the time is right for them depending on warmth of the soil etc so enjoy them when they come.

as owdboggy says different species/varieties flower at different times. The larger Darwin Hybrid tulips tend to flower May, making these the later ones. I have had tulips in flower for 6weeks now from very early ones to the late Drawins. Same is true for daffs.

I wouldn't worry, and certainly would not pull them up.

You can start feeding them now with half strength tomato food, once a fortnight, to build the bulbs up to give you better flowers next year. After they have flowered you need to let the leaves die back naturally. Either leave them where they are or dig them up and put them where they will not be in the way.
