This is the one I thought might be Caryopteris, but on closer inspection, not too sure - could be a buddleia - there's something else lurking at the back of my mind, if it decides to present itself, I'll post another answer

I can't think what else its reminding me of, but are the leaves aromatic - rub one and see if you can smell anything on your fingers. At the moment I'm thinking its Caryopteris still, which is aromatic when bruised, but it's not a particularly strong smell.

I think it is a buddleia personally. isnt the leaf of caryopteris more toothed than this.

looks like a miniture buddliea,i would have left mine but they were wild and not growing where i wanted them,which is a shame as i hate killing plants,except the dreaded dock
