Yes, although they take 2 or 3 years to reach flowering size. Take softwood cuttings in late spring, so now would be a good time to try, as soon as it stops flowering. Take 2 inch softwwood shoots, use a hormone rooting powder and bottom heat. Pot on as they grow and keep them in pots for 2/3 years til big enough to survive in the garden.
