I have started to grow my own vegetables and they are coming along well, all apart from my cucumbers which appear to be shrivelling up,I am not sure if they are getting too much sun-could this be a cause, everything else appears to be thriving,I am growing them in my greenhouse which gets full sun in the afternoon and evening. Thank you

I had this problem with my sprout seedlings and came here for advice. I was told that it's a difficult time of year, too hot in the greenhouse and too cold outside. I do think it got too hot in the greenhouse so I have sowed some more and now leave the greenhouse door open 24/7. They seem a lot happier this time around. I live on the sussex coast.
You could try moving your cucumbers to a cooler part of the greenhouse during the day.
