I have two plum trees that have miniature yellow plums which are very tasty, the trees were in the garden when we moved in. Last year and this year a lot of the plums have come out 'distorted' looking like big, flat 'seed pods' pale in colour. There are no seeds in the distorted 'pods'. Is it diseased, is there anything I can do?

Not ringing any bells for me, I'm afraid, sounds a bit odd - tell me, are the leaves on the tree perfectly healthy? And what about the rest of the tree, the trunk and branches, anything odd on there?

How do I say thanks?
