Yes, but it is not that easy, you really need a proper mist system with bottom heat to be sure of success. You might be better layering a shoot. Take a branch near to the ground, scrap away the bark on the underside of the piece where it will touch the soil. Peg it down so the scaped bit is on or just under the soil and wait for a couple of years for it to root. You could place a brick over the shoot to weight it down.
