I have a well in my garden, the water is clear and safe except that it is high in manganese - 200ug/litre, and the pH is 5.9
If I use it to water the garden, in particular the vegetables, could this give me any problems with growing or eating them.

This water should not give yopu any problems at all in the garden. Rainwater is naturally acid and 5.9 would not be unusual. Not sure about the manganese but I don't think that it would be a problem. It may react with up some other elements in the soil, maybe someone else knows more?
