It's fast growing and thorny, it has attractive berries and is evergreen - it'll be the ideal plant for there, do a 'search' and you'll find a few to choose from.

berberis too has mini holly type leaves. my daughters dont like it as its too prickly.

I have same problem with kids, i'm right on the corner of the street where they all hang out.My wall is only 2ft high, I put fence up, been pulled dow 3 times. Plant Berberis thunbergii., thorns will keep kids off wall. or Hypericun hidcote is a nice dense plant grows 4 to 5ft. All can be kept trimmed to height you want. or why not try planting rose bushes along wall
