Who is guest?

We have had a yucca for about 6yrs and it has grown to about 10ft, but the leaves have started falling and turning yellow. We have started feeding it in the hope that it might pick up if and when the weather improves. Could the bad wintre have caused this, and is there anything we can do.

You could be over watering it, too much can kill the plant during the dormant season. They like dry hot conditions

Yep. Frost damage should have showed up months ago, but root rot wouldn't show until the plant came out of dormancy.
