A plant has popped up in my garden which I didn't plant and I'm not sure if it's a flower or a weed! The yellow flowers are quite pretty, but what is very distinctive about it is when you cut the stem it has really bright yellow sap. Any ideas what it might be?

One of the euphorbias? Try googling:-)

I haven't mastered the art of putting pictures on here yet! I thought the yellow sap would be a give away! Doesn't look like a euphorbia. Pretty leaves.

Sorry but this is silly... we need a photo or an extremely clear description otherwise we are playing not 20 but 2 million questions!

Christabel, it took me ages to conquer the pics too. If you scroll down to bottom of page and click on 'contact us' (bottom left) they will be able to tell you how to do it. I do it, but I'm no good at explaining how:-)
