Twisted Schefflera leaves...
I have grown a Schefflera plant from a cutting last year and it's going well, there are 4 new leaves appeared recently but they look abnormal, older leaves are okay.
Can you tell me what is wrong with the new leaves?
I water the plant twice a week.
Am I over watering it ?

You could be overwatering, but with these plants, as the new leaves arrive, they do start out with leaves pointing down a bit.
Regarding watering, water only when the surface of the compost is dry to the touch (but not so dry its shrunk from the sides of the pot). When you do water, water well - empty out any water left in an outer pot or tray after 30 minutes, and ensure you don't leave the plant standing in water by checking no more has collected once you've emptied any excess. Depending on the size of the pot, this usually works out to be roughly once a week.
