I planted a allium giganteum last night in a container with some organic compost and this morning the leaves are floppy.. .?? Have I done something wrong and should I be worried I don't want it to die??!! Please help. Many thanks angle x

organic compost... was it potting compost (organic or otherwise)? And, as MG asks, did you water it...

Hi Angie and welcome to GoY. When you planted the allium in the container did you make sure you kept all the soil in the original pot around it and did you water it in?
