Hi I have a plant that is very like wild garlic but it is not, but is just as invasive. What I would like to know is that although I've dug it out last year and have spent 3 days over the weekend digging it out again, this time it is all in the front and the back garden, it is in amongst all my shrubs and under trees and everywhere, why does it come back when I've dug up all the bubls even the tiny ones could I spray it. Any advice welcomed.

Did you allow it to set seed ever? If so then the seeds have now become flowering bulb size. Also it is almost impossible to remove every last bulbul from the ground and you only have to miss a few and they start multiplying again. If, as you say, it is in with your shrubs spraying may just affect them too. Digging and more digging is, sadly, the only answer I know of.
