I have a twisted willow in my garden which is approximately 10 feet from the house. The tree is approximately 8 feet tall. The neighbours are planning an extension and I would like to know, how tall will the tree grow and what is the root spread now and in the future. Thank you!

Ooooo! That is too close for comfort as the root will cause problems in the future, the roots spread as wide as the top growth I think you will find also the trees get very big.
