Hi
I have a load of lavender plants which I have put in my allotment, munstead and another variety. I got them as I do a lot of cooking with lavender and thought I might as well grown myself. When do I actually pick the flowers though and do I have to dry them until they are like you get the packets to use for cooking? thanks
