What is the yellow disease attacking my Oxalis Depii, it only attacks the leaves, but then the leaves die. I have had these plants for over 20 years and never had this before.

Great it worked. I have saved 8 of my 10 plants, the other 2 were too far gone to save. Thanks.

Probably one of the rust infections to which this plant is prone - remove severely affected leaves, then use a fungicide spray which treats for rust, and spray till run off under the leaves as well as on top.
