Could it be that it's a small flowered Fuchsia??/!!

And the buds start small and grow bigger before opening. Just keep looking after it - I'm sure it'll flower.

At least you have some buds, mine has none at the moment, just leaves.

I have quite a few varieties of fuschia and none of them are flowering yet. I thinks it's either too early or the weather we have been having.

small buds have recently appeared, so hopefully not too long.
