Give them as much heat as possible and allow to ripen on the plants if you can, even overwintering on the kitchen windowsil when it turns cold......are they a special variety? I love the descriptions in the seed catalogues.....

I have grown chillis and regularly grow peppers, you don't need to do anything other than feed and water. I don't even stop mine.
