There are olts of small apples on me tree which is sprutting is like mad just now, I feel I should be pruning it. But is the time right ?
( please be the right way up )

Not the right way up and not the time to prune. You'll find the tree 'drops' many of the apples later this month or in July and only take to maturity the number it can actually support.

Thanks M, as you say, lots of "potential" apples are on the soil under the tree every day.
I wonder if anyone received it the right way up ?

Its just the june drop, nature's way of culling the fruit to give the apple seeds the best start in life.....
if all the tiny apples stayed on the tree couldn't bring them sll to maturity
