The leaves of my Peris keep going black - what can this be and can it be treated with something ?

Thank you - "Loosestrife" but it is not just round the edges.... it is all over the leaf and as it is the ground it only gets rain water anyway.

Are they giving black around the edges? If so, sounds like you are watering with hard tap water which is water that has a high concentration of calcium in it. If so you may want to put out a rain barrel and use water from that.
