Hi I would like to know what is wrong with my Anemone Margareta which I bought four weeks ago,the leaves are dry and crispy to the touch I attach two photos for you to see.regards Pathumwan

On the whole it looks ok - perhaps a bit shocked at being replanted. Keep it watered and I bet it perks up soon. I dug some out of my garden for a neighbour and she thought it was dying but its just started to thrive.

I would keep it well watered and move it into the shade. Cut out the worst looking shoots quite heavily and you will see lots of new shoots appearing before too long.

If it does not do well this year I would not worry as the ones in my garden bounce back from all sorts of mistreatment.

looks like wind /sun burn. keep well watered and move into a more sheltered spot if you can. they are tough as old boots and I suspect some of the time the plant was in a poly tunnel protected form the worst of the elements. now its out in the open and the softer growth is suffering.
it will recover fine.
