I have a Malus Royalty Crabapple tree planted just over 2 years ago. Recently leaves on the tree are drying up and forming orange patches on the leaves you can see in the photos. There are not too many leaves on the tree now, there should be a lot more. Can anyone diagnose the problem and if there is anything I can do to save the tree.

Sorry no one has answered you. Malus Royalty is usually sold as disease resistant. There is a problem called Fireblight but it does seem right for that?
Can you recall any problems such as damage? or drought after planting? or it may be lack of nutrients? why not take photos and a sample of the effected leaves back to your supplier and see if they can identify the cause.
