Its a Kalenchoe and is a nice house plant. often called 'Flaming Katy'.

Aww Thankyou. My niece brought it me for mothers day two years ago and it was so small. Iv re potted it three times now and was wandering if I could put it outside as it's getting quite big now.

You could put it out in the summer, if you like, but it will be killed by frost and damp in the winter, so you'd have to bring it in doors during the autumn.
