Could be Syringa vulgaris Madame Lemoine?

I think it is most likely to be an elderflower. Does anybody agree?

I'm seeing this on my phone so picture isn't great but immediately though lilac. My second thought was privet but the picture is too small on my phone for me to make out the leaf.

Must admit that Privet was the first thing that came into my head.

Definitely not an elder Notsogreen. I reckon its privet. If so it will be strongly scented.

privet in my opinion too. some love the smell personally I don't.

Hi, definitely privet, mine are flowering now also, it's surprising how many people think privet doesn't flower, because every year they trim their hedges before july, therefore getting no flowers, it's 1 of the strongest scents I know, and I personally like it, Derek.

Thank you all for your replies. Privet it is then. Really nice flowers to it!

Images are too small, I'm afraid.
Is it in flower now? First thoughts were lilac or deutzia but can't really see the pics.
