2 Hebes planted are not doing well in my garden. Can anyone suggest what I can feed them or what else I can do?

I have never been able to grow Hebes either - for some reason they seem to thrive on neglect so they probably don't need to be fed LOL :-) I've grown used to certain plants just not liking my garden but hopefully one of our more learned GOYers can give you proper advice, rather than sympathy!!
