I have a Laburmun tree approx two years old i need to move it to a different spot in the garden is this ok and what precautions should i take

2 years is long enough for the tree to have put out long stabilising roots both horizontally and vertically, so you would need to make sure you don't break these if possible. Also keep a very good rootball, which by now will be at least the size of the crown of the tree. Now is a not a good time to attempt this from the tree's point of view - much better done when its dormant in winter.
