If you are asking about companion planting Guest so far as I know there is nothing that you plant with runner beans to help or protect them. I personally wouldn't plant the nasturtiums with the bean because of the black fly problem.

nasturiums are 'traditionally ' planted with cabbages as the cabbage white butterfly is supoosedto prefer it to the cabbage.
I plant sweetpeas with the runners to encourage insects and I cut the flowers regularly.

Dont see why not! Nastursiums flowers are edible the only problem is that they also get black fly which could then go on the runners - but they might help with the pollination of the runners - so for it!!
