I think the currants are left on the stem. The gooseberries are not topped and tailed. Display is usually specified in the schedule but may well be paper plates. Try to pick fruit all the same size. Good luck. If you are in doubt you may find the phone number of a contact on the schedule.

Get in touch with the Show Secretary who's details will be on the schedule and ask him/her. Show sec's are always keen to get new folk exhibiting and will give as much advice and support as they can.

Ours Sec's number wasn't on the schedule - but what can you expect living out here...

Have you no way of getting in touch… don't you have to inform someone you are entering?
