Stocks not flowering

I planted some mail order stocks in spring and now they have grown to between one and two feet with lots of healthy-looking leaves. However, only the smallest shows any sign of flowering. They are in a sunny position in a raised bed containing a mixture of topsoil and compost. I have fed them 3 times in about six weeks with tomato food. What am i doing wrong?

Maybe you'll just have to be patient, it could just be the 'orrible weather we've had lately. At least they're healthy, which is good.
