groundcover flowering plants

What can I plant in a border 10 m x 1m, which runs alongside a high hedge and doesn't get any sun. I'd like some good ground cover perennial plants that have flowers. Thanks.

If the border is right against the hedge, it will be very dry and full of roots from the hedge. You could try epimediums(which flower in early spring) and geranium macrorhizum, both of which will tolerate dry conditions. Keep well watered until they are established though
