It's definitely Self Heal. I love it and it looks wonderful growing in amongst French lavender, almost a match! The bees also love it, but it does seed everywhere so you could become Self-Healed out if you aren't careful.
In the grass it keeps it's little head down to avoid the mower, but still spreads, in the border it can grow to about a foot tall.
