Climbing Rose Question.
I'm not sure if it's a sucker, it has flower buds on it, the leaves are a darker green with a reddish look & have 7 leaves, looks nice & healthy. Oh! The stem comes from the bottom of the plant :o))

I'd wait until the first bud opens, and you'll know for sure, then.

If the stem arises from above the graft, it's not a sucker - if you can't see the graft point, move the soil out of the way so you can check - if its below the graft, then its a sucker.

I thought they were wild if they had 7 leaves on them but I mite be wrong and they don't have suckers '
