I remember now...it is Hibiscus... 'Turkish Delight'......Thank you Cinderella & Badfish the leaves are a bit yellow, more from the hot weather than anything else....I shall sort it out...thanks again...:>)

Could it be a Hibiscus which is either a gold leaf variety or very starved ?
