I planted a large , healthy hydrangea three years ago and it was in beautiful bloom. The past two years it is very large and healthy but no blooms. Need an answer

Hi and welcome to GOY. When do you prune it? it flowers on last years wood so if you prune it in the spring you will be cutting out the flowering shoots. if it is too large then remove 1/3 of the stems this year and leave the other 2/3 to flower. repeat until the plant is back in control.
