Good Morning all goyers :)... I have this side of the house that frustrates me :)... all green and no colour makes me bored :)
It is west facing. At the moment there is an annabelle hydrangea , and all sedum joy.
Any helpful tips on how to have a bit of colour and maybe fragrance all year round will be appreciated
Good day to all

You might grow honeysuckles through the hedge.
What about mixing up the sedums with some other varieties and some saxifrages. Lots of spring bulbs - crocus, tulips etc, Poppies for summer, lavender and other silver leaved plants - especially if the area gets the sun.
Winter colour from something like a Cornus (dogwood) and a mahonia with cyclamen.

Hello and welcome to GOY.
That space would look nice planted out with huecheras and lavenders
Or in Autumn plant spring bulbs so you can have lots of colour in Spring
Or go around your local garden centre or nursery to see what its bloom and scented .
As this border is against a wall you wont want anything with strong roots.
Good luck
