One of the Helichrysums, possibly H. bracteatum

It looks like anaphalis triplinervis 'Sommerschnee'.
I posted a photo of it in my garden a few days ago.

Andrew - it does look very similar, but what about that cone shape in the middle of one of the not yet fully opened flowers? Does that Anaphalis do that, it's not one I know, but I can't find any images showing anything other than rounded buds or open flowers...
