Our tomotoe plant our flowering loads, but do not have much fruit forming??? is this normal?

It may be a bit early to fruit yet. You will probably start seeing the fruit in a couple of weeks. Ensure it is not allowed to dry out.

Good advice from Rohima but can I add that you should feed it as well. Now is the time and you should keep it up (as per the manufacturers instructions) until the fruit are ripe!
