I use Wilkinsons own brand of granular fertiliser just sprinkle it round in April then again after the first flush of flowers works fine for me :-)

Do you mean can you get liquid rose feed? If so, the answer is yes. There are many brands available, and a Google search will show them, including organic fertilisers if this is your preference.

Yes Myron as was wondering what best should be used liquid or granules .

I don't know if it is available across the pond, but my fave is Magnum Grow soluble rose food.

I don't think that either is better, it's a matter of personal preference.
