Hello everybody.
Doesn't time fly. I hope all of you had a fab summer.
Now that Autumn is setting in it is time for me to think of over winter onions. But where to plant them in my newish garden.
I believe in Marshalls Seeds and am buying my over winter onion sets from them. They have a good tech/customer help line and I put it to them whether planting onions in my acid blueberry patch would be OK.
Yes, they said onions prefer low PH to high.
My question to you knowledgable people is whether using my own compost will harm my blueberries, or will the compost be naturally acidic.
